A burger is only as good as its beef, and we’re uncompromising on quality. That’s why we use organic, British beef from ex-dairy cows, dry aged for a minimum of 40 days to maximise flavour.
Our ex-dairy beef champions a sustainable approach, free from the rapid cycles of traditional beef farming. With a taste profile you won’t find anywhere else, our beef is rich and deeply flavoured, thanks to cows that have matured slowly and naturally, grazing on organic pastures long after their days as dairy cows.
Great bacon starts with happy pigs. All of our bacon is sourced from RSPCA Assured and Red Tractor-certified British farms, where pigs roam freely outdoors.
